Property sourcing:
With 18 years experience of the Chamonix valley, Wolf Inc has a deep knowledge of the surroundings and can provide important advice on your ideal property location. We are available to put the groundwork in, to research appropriate properties and to view them for you. Wolf Inc has made solid contacts with various estate agents over the years and can therefore confidently put you in contact with a reliable and quality service.
Negotiating bank loans and liaising with banks:
Wolf Inc has a close working relationship with many of Chamonix's bank managers and we are able to arrange and accompany you to meetings to ensure the correct point is being put across. We have experience in dealing with issues such as simple account set ups to application for mortgages and business loans.
Liaising with solicitors for house purchasing:
Despite the large amount of English speaking home owners in the valley, it still remains difficult to find an English speaking solicitor to go through the sale contract. Wolf Inc. has the experience of manoeuvring its way around the French "Compromis de Vente" and is available to go through these extensive documents prior to signing. We are also available to accompany our clients to the signings or any other official meetings that may need an interpreter.
Taking it to the finish line:
Wolf Inc. can help connect all amenities, register your children for school, register with the local doctors and dentists. Wolf Inc has many contacts with local tradesmen and can help you get all necessary jobs done smoothly and quickly.
